Opal is better than Javascript

Those who say Javascript has better syntax than Ruby or Python are nuts, true nuts who just want to side with the majority just because they want to be on the winning side. As a programmer, a person who faces the fire of my boss and ice cold of my client, all I want is programmer productivity and happiness. And oh boy Ruby brings it up, brings on smile to peoples face.

I don’t say Javasript is a unworthy language,  I will never be so disrespectful to it, and I will hide the truth that that its a worthless crap and won’t say it too. Why do I want a flame war in my blog? Its sure that Ruby is far better and has far cleaner syntax. Then how come save Rails people from this Javascript mess they have to endure?

The answer lies in Opal http://opalrb.org/ a technology where you write client side code in Ruby and it gets transcompiled to Javascript. Well, the heck with Javascript. I would be happy if I don’t need to deal with it,  but since thats quiet impossible if you are a web programmer and hence I try not to see its ugly face, all those fucking braces, SEMICOLONS, SEMICOLONS!!!!!!! AAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! Some one call the ambulance.

Ya ya, I know you Javascript lovers are angry. Lets settle it, Java script is not a waste language. I would never say that. Javascript is just a beautiful crap. Just because there are more Macs than Linux does not means its superior. Just because there are more rats than humans… and just because there are more Javascripters than Rubyist…..
